First Login Without a Provider Invitation
When you log in to Portasana for the first time without being invited by your healthcare provider, only the “My Provider” tile will be available.
To access other Portasana features, you must first connect to your healthcare provider.
To connect:
Select the “My Provider” tile.
Choose your healthcare provider from the list provided.
Review and accept any required Provider Terms and Conditions to complete the connection.
Your provider is the Trust, hospital, or clinic that is providing your care.
Once you are connected, additional tiles and features will become available based on the services offered by your healthcare provider.
